The ordering process
Ordering from CLIX is simple. First find the product you want to purchase. Select this and click on “in shopping cart”. You can do this with as many products as you want. Then you go to the shopping cart in the top right corner.
See if the desired products, but also the desired number, are in the shopping basket.
Do you want to delete a product? Then click on the cross on the left for the product in question. Do you want to add a product that is not in your shopping basket? Then click on continue shopping.
Do you want more or less of a certain product than displayed in the shopping basket? Then click on the plus or minus sign, which you will find on the left and right-hand side of the number.
Then click on “update shopping cart”. The number, including the total price, changes to the desired total.
Click on “continue to checkout”. You now enter the invoice overview. Here you enter all relevant and required information.
All your data will of course be treated in accordance with the AVG Act. Read all about the AVG here.
Do you already have an account? Then click on “log in”.
Don’t have an account yet, but do you want one? Then tick the box “create an account?” After you have entered all the details.
Bancontact: Go through the steps as described.
ING HomePay: Follow the steps as described.
CreditCard: Follow the steps as described.
KBC / CBC Payment button: Follow the steps as described.
A page with the status of the order opens after payment. When the payment has been processed you will see your purchase in this screen. The software license key is displayed herein and sent to your email.
You will also see a button with the software to be downloaded.
